Introduction: Dolan Automotive Group (“Sponsor”) is offering a Dolan's 2014 Class Project Community Crowdfunding promotion (the “Promotion”)

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Eligibility: Entrants must be an employed public or private school teacher in one of the following counties (Carson City, Churchill, Douglas, Humbolt, Lyon, Mineral, Pershing, Storey, Washoe) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law or regulation. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Any entries not eligible for any reason will be disqualified from winning and ineligible entries may be deleted. Any entry that is awarded funds and is later determined to have been ineligible will be required to return any award of monetary or material value within 7 days upon notification of disqualification and ineligibility.

Entry Requirements: To enter the Promotion, visit http://dolan.crowdfundhq.com. Submit all required information and agree to the Promotion terms. Limit one entry per classroom/teacher.

  • All local Nevada classrooms are encouraged to participate.
  • Total project budgets must fall within a $1,000 minimum and $5,000 maximum.
  • Classrooms must fund 50% of their proposed budget (minimum $500 and $2,500 maximum) in order to be matched.
  • The Dolan Class Project Community Crowdfunding campaign will end once $60,000 has been granted. Each class campaign will last 45 days.
  • Classes not hitting their goal will still be awarded all funds raised.
  • Funds belong to the school for use by teacher/classroom who submitted the project.
  • Student media release required in the event of promotional or media coverage.
  • Once submitted Dolan Auto Group owns the rights to use videos for promotional purposes.

After successful projects are funded, entrants will make themselves available for written / over-the-phone interviews by Sponsor and its designees.

Completion Notification: Entrants of successfully funded projects must respond to their completion notification within 7 days of receipt or they will be disqualified. Entrants may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within 14 days of issuance of notification or they will be disqualified. Noncompliance with the foregoing, these official rules, Sponsor’s inability to contact entrants within a reasonable time period or notification returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s discretion.

By accepting any funds, the winners grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use his/her name, city and state of residence, likeness and biographical information in any and all media for any purposes throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice or permission, unless prohibited by law. If an entrant (in writing to Sponsor) confidentiality, only a first name and state will be provided.

Project Funding: Successfully funded projects will be awarded 100% matching funds of original funding goal (minimum of $500, maximum of $2500) to fund their submitted project, Sponsor will aid in the purchase of any and all materials related to the project.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor and its affiliates will not be responsible for late, lost, stolen, or misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or entries that are lost due to computer, Internet, or electronic malfunction. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion and award the funds through an alternate means if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by it in its sole discretion. Entrants agree that Sponsor, its promotion partners, affiliates, agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this Promotion or acceptance of or misuse of funds or parts thereof. In the event to a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.

Governing Law; Venue: This Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without reference to its choice of law principles. The entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Washoe County in the State of Nevada, with respect to disputes hereunder.
