At Carson Middle School, our band and strings room is in need of updated storage for our instruments. The current shelves are falling apart, giving students splinters, and are so tall that only a few students can use the top two shelves. There is no room for our cellos so the practice room has become a shared storage room. New storage cabinets would allow students to have their own locking cubby, ensuring the safety of the instrument. A new cello rack will allow the cellos to be stored upright and not on the floor where someone can snap the neck, which is a very costly repair. The band room is also used by multiple community groups, and the updated storage will help keep the band room tidy and efficient for their rehearsals. The overall cost of updating the storage is approximately $20,000, but you can help us by funding the following items:

- Attic Storage For Above Cubbies: $400
