We are taking on school improvement projects and supply drives at Libby Booth Elementary. This school has almost 100 homeless students, known as “children in transition” (CIT). The school is also the largest qualifier of the federal free meal program in the entire district. We are aiming to help the students, most at the poverty level, who don’t have the means to provide basic hygiene and winter clothing for their kids.

This outreach for the children entails $500 for recess equipment and ball bins, $300 for Sensory tables, $400 for needed hygiene products and winter clothing, $1,000 for the school's resource center, $2,100 toward shade structure for outdoor classroom and $700 for a memorial bench for a kindergarten student that passed away last year.

The top three things funds would be used for are the shade structure, resource center and the memorial bench.
